What you receive
- Two finished curtain panels made to the dimensions submitted with your order.
- Curtain hooks included for a track or a rod fitted with rings.
- Factory-formed pinch pleats.
Curtain rings and other hardware are not included unless specifically stated in your selected options.
Measure the finished width of each panel
- Measure the total area the pair of panels needs to cover.
- Enter the finished width required for each individual panel.
- Enter the finished curtain length you need. Fractional measurements, such as 26 1/2 inches, can be submitted.
Example: Two panels that are each 52 inches wide provide 104 inches of combined finished panel width.
Confirm your lining choice
The light-filtering fabric softens daylight. If lining options are shown, confirm whether you want a liner and review the selected option's light-control details before ordering. Contact us before checkout if you are unsure which lining choice suits your room.

Measure the exact width and height more than once, then confirm whether the product requires an inside or outside mount. Custom orders are produced from the specifications submitted at checkout.
Does the no-drill option require tools?
No-drill products are designed for tool-free installation on compatible window frames. Frame depth, trim, handles, and other obstructions can affect suitability, so contact us if your window is unusual.
Is the shade cordless?
Products identified as cordless are raised and lowered using the bottom rail, giving the window a cleaner finish without dangling operating cords.
What level of light control should I expect?
Light-filtering materials soften daylight and add privacy, while blackout options provide stronger room darkening. Performance varies by material, lining, colour, and surrounding light.
Why can natural material colours vary?
Bamboo, jute, linen, and other natural materials can vary slightly in colour, texture, and weave. These individual characteristics are expected and make each treatment distinctive.
