The details that matter
- PRODUCT: 2 Layer fabric window shades, 2 shades in 1 track, If you want to block all light, you can roll down the 100% blackout fabric, if you want nature light and keep outdoor view you can roll down sheer fabric. This product provides multi light control options.
- PLEASE RESPONSE EMAIL: We can customize shades up to an 1/8th inch. Order the closest size and then we will send email within 24 hours to confirm window information, please give us confirmation in 48 hours. You can get roller shades earlier if reponse us sooner. PAY ATTENTION: PO BOX and APO address not accepted
- INSIDE MOUNT: Min depth for inside mount is 4".Order size is your window size NOT shade size,we will take proper deduction to make sure shade can fit into window. PAY ATTENTION: The shade width includes brackets which take up a minimum of 0.6" on each side so fabric width will be at least 1.2" smaller than total.For inside mount you will have tiny gap on each side but it usually can be covered by window frame, if your frame is too thin to cover the gap pleasse change to outside mount
- OUTSIDE MOUNT: Order size is the shade size NOT window size. Shade width need to be 3-6" wider than window width, shade length need to be 8-10" longer than window length for better coverage. Our shade are good for both inside mount and outside mount, shade size need to be very accurate so please make sure check below MOUNT TYPE AND MEASUREMENT information before order.
- MADE TO ORDER: If you can not find your size on the size list or you are not sure how to get the right size please contact us we can customize any size up to 78"W x 96"L. And if you have more than 4 windows to cover please send testing order to confirm color, quality, size and you can send us email for your testing order, we will take it as first priority and ship by fastest service to save your time.

How should I measure before ordering?
Measure the exact width and height more than once, then confirm whether the product requires an inside or outside mount. Custom orders are produced from the specifications submitted at checkout.
Does the no-drill option require tools?
No-drill products are designed for tool-free installation on compatible window frames. Frame depth, trim, handles, and other obstructions can affect suitability, so contact us if your window is unusual.
Is the shade cordless?
Products identified as cordless are raised and lowered using the bottom rail, giving the window a cleaner finish without dangling operating cords.
What level of light control should I expect?
Light-filtering materials soften daylight and add privacy, while blackout options provide stronger room darkening. Performance varies by material, lining, colour, and surrounding light.
Why can natural material colours vary?
Bamboo, jute, linen, and other natural materials can vary slightly in colour, texture, and weave. These individual characteristics are expected and make each treatment distinctive.
What should I know about custom-order returns?
Made-to-measure products may not qualify for standard returns. Review the selected material, mount, width, height, and other options carefully before ordering, and contact our team if you need help.
